With many of our 2 storey house designs and floor plans, you already have a range of series plans to choose from including options that you can modify, such as adding an alfresco area, ensuites, or creating a guest suite. Eden Brae 2 storey plans come with a great range of inclusions and different facades to choose from, although, if you have some other alterations you would like to make it is best to discuss this with a member of our dedicated building and design team first.
Constructing a 2 storey house shouldn’t be difficult, however, there are a range of factors that can guide or affect exactly how long the build will be. Basic 2 storey homes usually take about 8 to 12 months to build, more complex designs can take longer. Achieving the design you’ve always wanted to suit to a particular block of land can be tricky, generally you need to consider important aspects such as the size of the lot and the dimensions.
